Do you hire outdoors during the winter months?

Due to the great British weather normally being cold, wet, windy and so unpredictable we only offer INDOOR hires from October through to the end of March. This is mainly due to safety reasons and for your peace of mind that your party wont be effected by the weather being indoors.

Do i need to pay a deposit or how do i pay?

we don't ask for deposits but we do ask if you book with us then you are going to stick with us so its fair for everyone. We strictly ask for cash payment when we deliver your items on the day please.

Where do you operate?

We operate in the West Midlands and Worcestershire, and are based around Redditch, Droitwich and Bromsgrove but are happy to travel further-afield. You can check delivery prices through our handy online booking system, and contact us if your delivery postcode isn't one of the available options.

What time do you deliver my items?

we deliver between 8am and 12pm and collections start from 5.30pm working so that if your the first on our drop you will normally be the first to be picked up to give everyone a fair amount of time. If you would like your items beyond these times you will need to do an overnight hire which is an additional £30. During winter months when we operate Indoor only please message or call us before booking to make sure we can accommodate your hall hire times please.

Do I have to pay a deposit and how do I pay?

We don’t ask for deposits but do ask if you need to cancel for any reason to give us as much notice as possible, we ask for cash payment when we deliver your items on the day please and can only leave hired items once payment has been made in full.

Are you insured?

We have £5 million in public liability insurance.

Can I set up the bouncy castle myself? Can I collect it, or deliver it back to you?

Sorry, but bouncy castles need to be set up, inflated, deflated and taken away by trained professionals, such as the team at Jack in the Box.

Are you health and safety tested?

Yes, we adhere and go beyond all relevant health and safety standards. Our bouncy castles are checked by professional testers every year, our electrical equipment is PAT-tested, and we check our products manually after every hire to ensure that they meet our high standards.

I don't have access to flat ground. Can I hire a bouncy castle?

Bouncy castle hire requires flat land for safety reasons. If you are unsure if you have appropriate land to site the bouncy castle, please contact us for further information. We may be able to assess your land, or provide alternative suggestions.

The area I want to put the bouncy castle on is dirty. Is this a problem?

While soil and grass is not usually a problem, please ensure that the area you wish to site our bouncy castles on is clean of litter, sharp objects and animal waste, and that there is enough space for our inflatable to be safely located.

Can I hire a bouncy castle indoors?

As long as there is space for the bouncy castle, there should be no problems.

Can I hire a bouncy castle on hard surfaces outdoors, such as tarmac or concrete?

unfortunately NO we can’t, if we’re setting up outside we need to do it on GRASS so we can safely anchor your Inflatable down in-line with health and safety rules.

Can I hire a bouncy castle for outdoor use in severe adverse weather conditions?

It is not safe to hire bouncy castles in particularly windy weather. We will get in touch with you if we are unable to fulfil your booking due to adverse weather and will discuss alternative arrangements.

How much access do you need for bouncy castle delivery?

Ideally we need plenty of space to move our bouncy castle through to the final location, as they are quite large.

Do I need access to electricity for bouncy castle hire, ball pool / air juggler hire, or inflatable slide hire?

Yes, bouncy castle fans require an electricity supply. Please let us know if the location of your bouncy castle is not within easy distance of an electrical outlet so we can provide alternative sources of electricity if required,

Do I need access to electricity for soft play hire or garden games hire?

If you are hiring non-inflatable party equipment, it is unlikely that you will require an electricity supply. Please contact us if there is any uncertainty.

What age groups is soft play appropriate for/?

Typically, soft play hire is suitable for babies, toddlers and children aged between six months and five years old.

Is soft play appropriate for outdoor hires?

Unfortunately not, we only set up soft play to indoor venues /inside house settings etc due to weather causing heath & safety issues with the equipment.

Is my personal data safe with you?
